COOKING CLASSES

SEAFOOD - BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND - SOLD OUT

Be summer ready with this jam-packed BBQ seafood class.  We’ll look at different species of fish and how to cook them with various methods on the BBQ – grilling, frying, slow roast.  Local shellfish and squid will also be a feature, not forgetting dressings and sauces to take our dishes to the next level!  This is a great Fathers Day gift and will sell out, so be quick!

All classes are hands-on, and you are provided with all of the equipment required for the class. You’ll enjoy a glass or two of wine, and share with your classmates, the dishes cooked on the day. Places are limited to 16 people per class, and a minimum of 6 people is required to run the class.
